Create Reason Codes to be selected when placing a Tank On Hold to prevent deliveries being scheduled for a tank.

Use the drop down list in Type to select a specific type of Reason Code or use Fast Find for a keyword search.
Click 
to add a line to the Access Reason Codes grid.
Enter up to 6 alpha-numeric characters as the ID.
Use the drop down list tin Status to set a new Reason Code to Active
Select a Type for the Reason Code
- Gas System Check
- Leak Test
- Tank on Hold
Enter a Description for the Reason Code.
Use the Account field to reference a General Ledger account if needed and click the Vehicle Tracking checkbox if a Reason Code should be supplied for transactions utilizing Vehicle Tracking.
Reason Codes are available for use after 
is selected.
